Risk & Medical Declaration I/we declare as true as best of my/our knowledge that I/none of my group members have a known medical history which can be dangerous to his/her safety while undertaking the team rescue above mentioned course. I/we are aware of the risk factors involved in the above pursuit and are attending the course at my/our own risk and consequences. I/we fully indemnify team rescue or its employees/agents of any such damages or claim as a fallout of any risk which is involved in the course.

Note Full amount is to be made before the commencement of the tour / course. In case of cancellation before 7 days of commencement 10% of the total amount is payable as incidental charges, cancellation upto 48 hours carry 25% such charges.

This package tour includes all expenses incurred on food, stay, camping gear, equipment, porters, instructors, cost of shooting range charges, local transportation to various destination. This package does not include shopping, laundry, phone calls, medical services & insurance.

Liability: team RESCUE is a promoter of educational tours in India. We do not control any coach or coach company outside the facility mentioned at Dehradun.  We take extreme precautions in selecting all the ingredients in your holidays but being an outdoor activity we can not be held responsible for any mishap, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default by persons who are not under our governance or the management or employees of any independent contractors arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.
