Day 1 Fly to New Delhi International Airport, pickup and drive
to Uttarkashi, Hot lunch enroute, night stay in camp at Barsu, a tiny village 20 kms away from Uttarkashi
Day 2 Barsu to Barnala bugyal (6 kms/4 hrs) This is the first day
of our trek. We start ascending a trail through pine forests to Barnala Bugyal. the peak, Draupadi ka Danda is seen all along
the trail. We camp on this plateau for the night.
Day 3 Barnala Bugyal to Dayara Bugyal, 6 kms/2.5 hrs, we trek on
a well-laid out trail through the pine forests and get above the tree line onto the alpine meadows of Dayara Bugyal. This
beautiful sloping meadow is an attraction for skiers during winter. Camp overnight.
Day 4 Dayara Bugyal to Nimdhar, 16 kms/6 hrs, a long day ! Our
route is through rolling meadows and rhododendrons, on one side we can see peaks Kalang and Draupadi ka Danda and on the other
deep valley, our campsite which is at a much lower altitude than Dayara Bugyal, is situated in a thick forest
Day 5 Nimdhar to Dodital, 16 kms/6hrs, another long day ! First
2 hrs we descend through thick predominantly bamboo forest to Dodigad and start ascending to Sangam chatti and then a flat
walk of about 2 hrs will get us to Dodital.
Day 6 Rest day at Dodital, the scenic beauty of Dodital can compel
any nature lover to camp here for days together, the lake, the surrounding pine forest, the towering Darwa Bugyal on one side
and the valley on the other is serene and enticing. The parikrama around the lake is of 1.5 kms. A few streams coming from
Darwa Bugyal feed the lake.
Day 7 Dodital to Darwatop
Day 8 Darwatop to Sima
Day 9 Sima to Hanuman Chatti
Day 10 Hanuman chatti to Yamnotri and back to Janki Chatti.
Day 11 Drive back from Janki Chatti, Dinner/ Board the night train to Delhi programme ends at Dehra
dun Railway station (arrival 0700 Hrs Old Delhi railway station next day)

Panwali 'Bugyal', Kedarnath & Vasukital, |

BUGYAL - Bugyal is an extensive pasture lands generally found at height of
over 2750 meters above sea level. They are mostly somewhat flat lands with undulating slopes covered with lush green grass
and colorful flowers growing in Himalayas during summer and monsoons, they are the favorite camping grounds of the vanishing
nomad tribes of Himalayas who roam with their flocks of animals and sheep herds. Most Bugyals are close to snow lines of Himalayas
but some are so high and beautiful that even the mighty Himalayas pale into insignificance before their beauty. To camp under
the stars in a bugyal is a heavenly experience which can not be put down to words.
PANWALI BUGYAL sits at an altitude from 2745 to 3970 meters on the old pilgrim trail from Gangotri
to Sri Kedarnath. it is an green land with beautiful slopes studded with patches of forests. During summers the whole bugyal
is covered in a carpet of flowers. After Panwali Bugyal the trek continues to Sri Kedarnath ji, the seat of Lord Shiva
before returning to New Delhi

(1982 m) and a further 3 kms to Soneprayag (1830 m) with packed lunch, Dinner and overnight in Tourist Rest House
Day 7 Drive 5 kms to Gaurikund
and trek 13 kms to Sri Kedarnath (3583 m) Dinner and overnight in Hotel/Tourist Rest House at Kedarnath (one of the four scared
Hindu religious birth place of Lord Shiva) or Drive back to Haridwar to catch the night train to New Delhi
Day 8 Trek to Vasukital with
packed lunch trek back to Kedarnath, night halt in Hotel
Day 9 Trek Back to Gaurikund
and drive back to Haridwar, Dinner, catch the Night train to Delhi

Kuari - at a height of 4268 meters above sea level is a well known name to
those interested in trekking in Himalayas and is very popular among European and American trekkers. This trek was first made
by an English person called Curzon in 1905 and since then it has come to be known as Curzon's trail.
At Kuari, one is enraptured by the vast views of valleys to the south-east and the Himalayas
to the North-east. The main attraction of Curzon's trail is the majestic view of the twins peaks of Nanda Devi, Kamet, Dunagiri,
Hathi-Ghodi, Parwat, Bethartoli & Devasthan. Trek passes through pristine Rhododendron, Oak & Deodar jungles amid
rare Himalayan flora and fauna.
Gailgarh, five kilometers from Kuari, is a wonderful place set in beautiful surroundings, from
where little treks can e made, specially to Pangarchulia peak (5185 m) from where several other peaks and bugyals can be seen
in all their beauty.
Another interesting place six kilometers from Gailgarh is 'Bore Kund' a lovely deep lake which
has a perimeter of more than a kilometer and is surrounded by thick forests.
Trek to Kuari Pass can be organized from Devprayag or from Joshimath, the trek from Devprayag
is longest and the Joshimath route can be changed while coming back to cover new area called Tapowan which has hot water springs
to rejuvenate the trekkers before they travel back. Any of these trails can be combined to suit one's requirement.

ROOPKUND
The Mystery trek |

Roopkund is located at a height of
4780 meters above sea level in the lap of Trisul Massif (7123 m) It is called a mystery lake due to a number of Human skeletons
which can be seen scattered around that area. There are a number of theories regarding those skeletons and they are considered
to be 200 to 300 years old.
A great Four horned Ram is believed
to be born every twelve year in this area and is used in a trek called 'Nanda Devi Raj Jat Yatra' which happen every twelfth
year originating from Nauti village of this region, the ram leads the whole trek of Raj Jat Yatra up to the shrine of Nanda
Devi and then disappears in the snowy heights suddenly, every year small treks are organized by the villagers and those are
the moments when it is as exiting and colorful as it can be, a never to be missed opportunity to be in this area at that particular
time...
So much so for the religious flavor
of this area, about the trek now..
Day 1 Delhi to Haridwar by Train/taxi, transfer to Hotel, attend evening prayers at Holi Temples at Har-ki pauri
Day 2 After early breakfast leave Haridwar to Mundoli (2135m) via Karnaprayag (795 m) a distance of 190 kilometers
passing through Ganga valley, a post lunch drive of further 75 kms brings us to Mundoli. our night halt
Day 3 Mundoli to Wan (2440 m) 2km by Motor, 14 km trek, camp for night
Day 4 Wan to Gairoli Patali (3050 m) a trek of 9 kms, camp for night
Day 5 Gairoli Patali to Patar Nachauni (3660 M) a trek of 11 kms, camp for night
Day 6 Patar Nachauni to Roopkund (4780 m) a trek of 10 kms, camp for night

Kailash mountain and the
Mansarovar lake are the mythological abode of the Gods as per Hindu scriptures, both are now in Chinese Tibet, but a mountain
looking like Kailash but slightly smaller in height can be trekked, Unlike Mansarovar Lake which is huge, there is a small
lake called Parvati Sarover at the foot of Small Kailash.
Located in the beautiful mountain district
of Pithoragarh, this beautiful trek starts from Tawaghat, the road head and a eight days trek takes us to Chota Kailash, Trekkers
are required to obtain Visiting permit for this trek Please book this trek at least two months in advance so that

to visit than most other glaciers. This glacier is situated between snow capped NANDA DEVI and NANDAKOT mountains. The river
Pindari originates from this glacier. The glacier is at an altitude of 3353 mtrs Day 1 Fly to New Delhi International Airport,

Rudranath is a Lord Shiva
shrine also one of the Panch Kedars, located at the height of 2286 meters, one can view the glittering snow capped peaks of
Trishul, Nanda Devi and Devasthan in all their grandeur. The meadows are awash with flowers and herbs.
